Bylaws and Covenants & Restrictions
The Windsboro HOA Bylaws and Covenants & Restrictions exist to protect homeowners and preserve the character and quality of our community. These governing documents outline the rights and responsibilities of every resident. We encourage all homeowners to review them and to get involved — attend our annual meeting, join a committee, or consider running for a board position.
Architectural Change Requests
Planning an exterior improvement or modification to your home? All changes to the outside of your property — including fences, sheds, landscaping, additions, and paint colors — require prior approval from the Architectural Committee.
Requests are submitted through the PayHOA portal. The committee reviews proposals for consistency with the surrounding neighborhood, existing topography, and the standards outlined in Articles 7 and 8 of the Covenants. Submitting your request before beginning any work helps avoid delays and ensures your project stays in compliance.
