Annual HOA dues are $799.00 per year. Dues for 2026 are due by January 1, 2026.
Payment Options
By mail: You will receive an invoice and remittance slip in January. The remittance slip will include the address for mailing payment to our payment processor. Please note that all transactions are final — the HOA does not offer refunds, and your cancelled check serves as your receipt.
Online: Electronic payments can be made through your PayHOA account. Register or log in here . Online payments include processing fees of approximately $16 for credit card or $1 for bank transfer.
Late Payments
Per Article 5, Section 6 of the Covenants and Restrictions:
Any assessments, general or special, which are not paid when due shall be delinquent. If the assessment is not paid within sixty (60) days after the due date, the assessment shall bear a late fee of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) per month, and interest from the date of delinquency at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum until paid in full, and the Association may bring an action at law against the Owner personally obligated to pay the same, and in addition foreclose the lien against the property.
